How to Disable Error Reporting In Windows XP

                     Error reporting system tell Microsoft when any critical error comes in operating system or program and asking permission to notify it. With the help of Error reporting system gather technical information about serious error, helping them develop fixes and service packs.

Error reporting feature in Windows XP is on by default but you can disable it, if you are not connected with Internet.

You can disable Error reporting in Windows XP in just 2 minutes, follow these steps:




1.  Click on Start and then Control Panel.
2.  Click on the Performance and Maintenance or System link.
3.  In the System Properties window, click on Advanced Tab.
4.  In the bottom of the window, click on the Error Reporting button. Choose the Disable error reporting  button  and click the OK button.

Note : Leave the "But notify me when critical errors occur" check box checked.

5. Click OK button on System Properties window.
